Peggy B. Lyndrup a Partner resident in the Louisville office, and Co-Chair of the Corporate and Transactional Practice Group, concentrates her practice in corporate and commercial law, including Mergers and Acquistions, corporate formations, joint ventures, technology, trademark licensing and product distribution. She also regularly advises on commercial litigation strategy. Lyndrup received her J.D. summa cum laude, was Valedictorian of the University of Louisville Scool of Law and completed the Harvard Law School Program of Instruction for Lawyers in Business, Taxation of Corporate Reorganizations and Corporate Law. She is Past-President of the Louisville Bar Association and formerly served as Vice President and General Counsel of Meidinger, Inc., an international employee benefits consulting firm. Ms. Lyndrup is listed in the Best Lawyers in America and Chambers USA, and is a Director Emeritus of Terralex.
Christopher W.D. Jones, a Partner practicing in the Louisville and Lexington office of the Firm, focuses on M&A transactions and other critical situations, and he has a broad range of experience in complex securities, private equity, antitrust, financial institution, joint venture and cross-border transactions. Chris currently serves as the Vice-Chair of the Mergers and Acquisitions Team at Bingham Greenebaum Doll LLP and as the Co-Chair of the Americas Practice Group for TerraLex, a worldwide network of law firms. Mr. Jones has represented a wide variety of clients, including private equity funds, venture capital funds, bank holding companies, banks, trust companies and other financial institutions. His practice also includes representation of managed care and commercial health insurance companies, assisted living companies, and other healthcare industry clients as well as manufacturers and distributors in the beverage alcohol and other consumer products industries.
