The TerraLex Intellectual Property, Licensing and Technology Practice Group is the result of the recent merger between the Intellectual Property Practice Group and the International Licensing Practice Group. This newly enlarged and improved group now focuses on the collaboration between TerraLex members of the practice group in three distinct areas of Intellectual Property: (i) commercial transactions involving intellectual property and technology, such as licenses, collaborations, research and development agreements, technology acquisitions and the formation of joint ventures and other types of strategic partnerships and alliances; (ii) prosecution of the many different types of intellectual property, including patents, trademarks and copyrights; and (iii) litigation and enforcement of rights relating to intellectual property.
