The EMEA Litigation Practice Group has been formed to service the needs of clients with cross border disputes in the EMEA region. The goal of the group is to educate and familiarise members with the litigation practices of the various jurisdictions so that members can add extra value to clients by advising on the best strategy in litigation and, where needed, secure the best cross border litigation advice. The group will look at the potential for marketing a one-stop regional litigation service to multinational clients. The group will liase with the US Litigation Practice Group and the International Arbitration and Mediation Group on common areas of interest.
