Overview

The firm was founded in 1958 by Dr. Wolfgang Apt. In that year, Wolfgang Apt opened a law office in the city of Cochabamba. In 1962, he moved the firm to La Paz, the seat of the government. In 1986, the firm adopted its actual structure with the incorporation of Miguel Apt as a partner. As the country entered into the free trade market, the Apt Law Firm re-organized to meet the growing needs of its clientele, which is comprised of private individuals, companies and government institutions at national, foreign and multinational levels.

We are a Bolivian law firm that offers comprehensive legal services. Our firm is comprised of a group of specialists in the areas of corporate, business, civil, tax, labor and administrative law, in addition to public procurement, intellectual property, litigation, and regulatory matters, among others.
