TerraLex Guide Leads to Prestigious University Opportunities

Doyle's Practical Guide to Business Law in Asia is the definitive and practical guide for business people, practitioners, and students seeking to learn about the rules governing foreign investment in one of the world's most dynamic regions. TerraLex members from Cambodia, China, India, Indonesia, Myanmar, Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam contributed guidance on the legal and business questions most frequently asked by foreign investors in each of these countries in a concise, user-friendly way, using clear examples to illustrate how the legal rules are applied in actual situations. As a result of this collaborative effort, Mike Doyle was asked to teach a course at one of the most prestigious MBA programs in Thailand. He included some of his co-contributors to the guide and fellow TerraLex members, including Ying Ying Lee (Kelvin Chia Partnership), Jiang Jiang (Hylands Law), and Anggia Rukmasari (LEGALEXICA), to present as part of the class syllabus offering the world’s future business leaders an introduction to TerraLex. The group is exploring similar options at other higher education institutions.
