TerraLex Members Work in Collaboration Together in Advantest Corporation’s Acquisition of R&D Altanova

Majeed & Partners acted for Advantest Corporation, in collaboration with Stoel Rives LLP, in connection with an agreement for its acquisition of R&D Altanova, Inc. Closing is expected to occur in the fourth calendar quarter of 2021.

The Stoel Rives team was led by Portland partner Steven Boender. The Majeed & Partners team was led by managing partner, Saqib Majeed.

Tokyo-based Advantest is a global manufacturer of automatic test and measurement equipment used in the design and production of semiconductors for applications such as 5G communications, the Internet of Things (IoT), autonomous vehicles, artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, and smart medical devices, among others.

US based R&D Altanova is a leading global supplier of consumable test interface boards, substrates, and interconnects for high-end applications.
