TerraLex Members Work Together to Serve Global Not for Profit's Legal Needs

A global not for profit organization has a relationship with our Netherlands member firm, Kennedy Van der Laan, who asked for details of firms in other jurisdictions where they have projects running. Following an introduction from the Netherlands firm, TerraLex Business Development Director for EMEA, Mark Grant met with the company’s General Counsel to understand better their legal needs and position TerraLex as a potential global provider. That immediately led to an annual engagement retainer being put in place with our firm in the Cote d’Ivoire, Bennani & Associates. At the request of the GC, Mark has also been able to introduce the client’s South American legal counsel to our member firms in Mexico and Peru, both of which have submitted proposals and rates to support the not for profit locally. We expect this client to continue to turn to TerraLex for help with their global legal needs.
