Some of what you couldn’t do before, like taking an employee’s temperature and asking medical questions, are now allowed and even recommended. Learn what schools should know about social distancing in a school environment and how the school’s practices may need to be reshaped to accommodate those restrictions. Get the answers to questions such as: (1) can you and should you screen employees and students for illness or vulnerability, (2) how do you support the vulnerable and prevent employment practice liability, (3) should you adopt Return to School waiver forms, and (4) how do you communicate to the school community about the school’s expectations and new practices.
