Our five founding partners — whose first names all begin with the letter "A," giving the firm its name — bring 114+ years of combined judicial and legal experience, including service as Presiding Judges of the Federal Supreme Court Cassation Bench, Ethiopia's highest judicial authority on questions of law. This heritage gives clients a distinctive combination of courtroom insight, regulatory judgment, and cross-border commercial expertise.

Headquartered in Addis Ababa — the diplomatic capital of Africa and seat of the African Union - the firm advises domestic and international clients on complex transactions, regulatory matters, and high-stakes disputes, drawing on a distinctive understanding of Ethiopian courts, regulatory institutions, procedural strategy, and dispute resolution dynamics. Our team comprises 22 lawyers and 8 support professionals, including 10 holders of LL.M. degrees and two PhD candidates, working in English, Amharic, Tigrinya, and Afan Oromo.
