McLane Middleton is New Hampshire’s largest full service law firm, serving corporate, commercial, industrial and individual clients throughout the New England region, across the nation, and in several foreign countries. The firm was founded in New Hampshire in 1919. It established a large office in Woburn, MA ten years ago and an office in downtown Boston more recently to better serve its clients throughout New England. The firm has approximately 100 attorneys, 27 paralegals and 75 professional staff serving clients in five electronically integrated offices.
McLane Middleton’s attorneys regularly practice in the federal and State courts and before administrative agencies in New Hampshire and Massachusetts. In connection with their work in many other jurisdictions they are licensed to practice in: Arizona, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Missouri, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont and Washington, DC.
Members of the firm regularly publish and teach in their areas of practice, and are active in leadership positions in the State, New England and American Bar Associations. Members of the firm currently or recently served as Secretary of the American Bar Association, as Attorney General in New Hampshire, and President of the New Hampshire Bar Association.
