Until recently known as “Anzola Raffalli y Rodriguez”, our firm maintains its tradition while adapting to the new demands. Most of our members have completed one or more post-graduate studies in the United States, Europe and/or Venezuela. Some members have worked for recognized law firms outside of Venezuela, allowing us to better understand the expectations of our foreign clients.

Moreover, our Firm has members in the Board of Directors of the Caracas Chamber of Industry and Commerce, and the Capital Markets, Corporate Finance, Legal, Labor and Taxation Committees of the Venezuelan-American Chamber of Commerce and Industry ('VenAmCham'), among others.

Our office is located in Caracas, but we are able to offer services to our clients in other major cities of Venezuela, where we maintain close relations with local firms.
