Developments in the Google Play Billing case: Jakarta Commercial Court upholds KPPU’s decision

The Jakarta Commercial Court has upheld the KPPU’s decision against Google in the Google Play Billing case, affirming the fine of IDR 202.5 billion (approx. US$12.6 million). In response, Google has applied for a cassation to the Supreme Court as a last resort effort to overturn the two previous decisions, based on legal procedural grounds.
