New Italian Civil Procedure Code

TerraLex's member in Milan, Italy, Carnelutti Studio Legale Associato, shared news that on 28th February 2023, the reform of Italian civil proceedings came into force (some provisions relating to enhancement of written and online hearings came into force on 1st January 2023 and are applicable since then). The reform aims to achieve the following objectives: simplification, expeditiousness, and rationalization of the civil process, while guaranteeing the right of defense of the parties.
