Magnus Hirsch

Magnus has been advising international clients in all IP related matters (see below specialities) for over 20 years. Apart from strategic advise, his work substantially comprises court litigation and enforcement actions including cooperation with customs and police for example on international trade fairs.

Magnus is member of INTA, PTMG and other associations.

He has been repeatedly elected one of the „Leading Lawyers for Intellectual Property“ in Germany and is a „frequently recommended lawyer“ according to JUVE, the main German lawyer‘s magazine, Legal 500, Chambers, Who is Who and WTR (World Trademark Review).
