Africa Region Meeting

In March 2023, TerraLex’s Kenya member firm, MMAN, hosted more than 30 representatives from 13 member firms at an Africa Regional Meeting in Nairobi. Members built on new and existing relationships and discussed the massive drive from African states to attract foreign direct investment into projects in the Energy, Infrastructure, and Mining sectors and how they can assist clients to participate in these emerging opportunities. The keynote speaker, George Aluru, Chairman Electricity Sector Association of Kenya (ESAK), described how many African nations are rising to the challenge of electricity supply issues.
