Gecić Law Advises Telekom Srbija on Landmark €1.5 Billion Telecom Transaction
TerraLex congratulates its Serbian member firm, Gecić | Law, who served as lead legal advisor to Telekom Srbija Group in one of the largest telecom transactions in Western Balkans history, a €1.5 billion deal that strengthened Telekom Srbija’s market position and expanded its digital media and sports content portfolio. The acquisition includes NetTV Plus, direct-to-home (DTH) operations in Serbia and North Macedonia, and Western Balkans Sport Klub rights licenses from United Group.
