Lander & Rogers Leads Global Employment Law Collaboration for Medical Device Client

Lander & Rogers, the TerraLex member firm in Australia, acts for a global medical device manufacturer in Australia. The firm successfully referred this client to Duncan Cotterill, our member firm in New Zealand, which now acts for the client in respect to its New Zealand employment law needs.

As part of a recent re-tendering process for this client in Australia for its employment law panel, Lander & Rogers was asked to provide a TerraLex solution across 47 jurisdictions globally for this client, whose headquarters are based in the UK.

The client has now expressed significant interest in a TerraLex solution for its cross-border employment law needs and negotiations are continuing to lock in these arrangements.
