Lindahl and RPC Advise Cibes in the Acquisition of Titan Elevators Ltd.

TerraLex’s Swedish member Lindahl (Mårten Steen and associate Disa Almqvist) and UK-England members RPC (Tim Anderson and fellow partner Chris Brierley) have advised Lindahl’s client Cibes Lift Group in the acquisition of the British company Titan Elevators. Cibes Lift Group is one of the world’s largest manufacturers of space efficient lifts and by acquiring Titan Elevators, Cibes Lift Group strengthens its presence in the strategically important London area and expands the UK business to include lift modernization and high-speed lifts.
