Lindahl and RPC Advise Swedencare on Acquisition of Summit Veterinary Pharmaceuticals

On April 2, 2025, Lindahl served as legal advisor to Swedencare AB (publ), a NASDAQ First North Growth Market-listed company, in connection with its acquisition of Summit Veterinary Pharmaceuticals Limited (“Summit”). Swedencare specializes in premium animal health products sold in approximately 70 countries and maintains subsidiaries in nine countries.

Summit develops and supplies Animal Health Specials exclusively to veterinarians in the UK and Hong Kong, serving over 5,500 veterinary clinics and offering a strong product pipeline focused on small animals and horses.

Lindahl’s advisory team included Johan Herrström, Alex Malta, Christian Sundén, Gabriel Miller, and Emanuel Franzen. The firm collaborated with Reynolds Porter Chamberlain LLP (RPC), TerraLex member for the UK, to support the cross-border aspects of the transaction.
