Cybersecurity obligations are being tightened across the EU. The EU is using a directive for that which has to be implemented in all Member States. This should have been done by 17 October 2024. Several Member States are lagging behind, but Belgium is not one of them. In this webinar, Kristina Schreiber and Christoph Hanssen provide a brief introduction to the new EU-wide legislation, including the TerraLex NIS2 Tracker as helpful guidance, then take a closer look at the implications for companies in Belgium (already implemented) and Germany (not yet implemented), and conclude with an overview of how TerraLex can support clients operating across the EU in complying with the new obligations.
