Darryl Cross

Darryl Cross is Co-Chief Executive Officer of TerraLex, the elite global legal network of law firms committed to collaboration. He has more than 25 years of leadership experience helping organizations improve collaboration and performance in complex, high-stakes environments. Darryl is a frequent speaker on client-driven collaboration, cross-border teamwork, and organizational performance, and has worked directly with more than 10,000 lawyers and business leaders through coaching, team development, and executive training.

Before joining TerraLex, Darryl served as Chief Global Collaboration Officer at a BigLaw firm, where he led the firm's global collaboration strategy and helped partners coordinate cross-practice and multi-jurisdictional client teams. Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership positions at LexisNexis, Intapp, Amazon Web Services, and a national law firm, with responsibilities spanning strategy, marketing, business development, and organizational performance.

Darryl holds an MBA from Cleveland State University and an Executive Certificate in Negotiation Mastery from Harvard Business School. He is a Fellow of the College of Law Practice Management and ALM Intelligence, serves on the Board of Advisors of the Legal Sales and Service Organization, and is the author of _Cultivating Excellence: The Art, Science and Grit of High Performance in Business.
