RDJ and RPC Advise Indutrade on Cross-Border Acquisition of IPP

RDJ advised Indutrade AB on its acquisition of Industrial Production Processes (IPP) Ltd, a specialist supplier of manufacturing equipment and consumables for the pharmaceutical, medical device, and electronics sectors in the UK and Ireland.

The RDJ transaction team was led by Gillian Keating (Corporate and Commercial) and included Maria Walsh, Arabella Carr, Sarahjane O'Shea (Corporate and Commercial), Mark Ludlow (Tax), Aideen Farrelly (Real Estate), and Michelle Ryan (Employment).
