Sabina Kubsik

Qualified polish advocate holding a Ph.D. degree in Civil Law (Jagiellonian University, 2014) and LL.M. degree in International and Comparative Dispute Resolution with a specialization in International Arbitration (Queen Mary University of London, 2016). She also studied corporate and commercial law at London School of Economics and Political Science as well as Warsaw School of Economics.

Experienced in handling a diverse range of civil and commercial Litigation, arbitration and mediation cases, including, among others, construction, engineering and energy disputes. Alongside with negotiating, drafting and advising clients on wide range of commercial contracts, including: purchase, manufacturing and supply, service, construction, outsourcing, investment and joint ventures agreements, as well as IT contracts, including: software development, license, support, maintenance and services agreements.

Head of the IT & Digital Transformation Team at DT, which consists of lawyers and technology experts, provides services in all aspects of the digital change – from identifying regulatory hurdles and protecting intellectual property to negotiating agreements with partners and suppliers. Engaged in shaping new business models, implementation of IT projects and building awareness of the new digital reality. Alongside with advising on legal aspects and practical application of the latest technological solutions such as AI, blockchain, crypto, big data, internet of things (IoT), cloud computing, analytics, and cybersecurity.
